I have sat with owners at their kitchen tables when the first offer came in low, and watched forty years of work get priced like a used truck. Nobody should end their story that way. We built this firm so they do not have to.

Buyers pay for proof. I have spent my career building the machines that generate it, the lead flow, the data, the systems. Pointing that at an owner’s one shot at getting paid is the best use of it I have found.

Why I do this

I have watched owners cry in our office because nobody wanted what they built. Almost every time, the business was better than the buyer could see. Making the value visible is the whole job.

A limited roster, so every engagement gets three partners. Separate contracts, so the truth is never tied to a sale. And one measure of success: every closed deal earns a five-star review from the seller AND the buyer. We would rather decline a mandate than break that record.
